Production description:
1) By the principle of spiral mixing working, conveying the materiel in the hopper to the top of the barrel by the screw spindle, and then it will drop as umbrella-shape and keep mixing circularly all the way in order to mix equably.
2) With the function of automatic operation, overload protection, feeding limit alarm, etc.
3) Less land occupation, large capacity, low power consumption, labor saving, convenient operation, fast and uniform mixing. Vertical plastic powder mixer can be widely used in plastic granule, powder, plastic sheet and so on.
4) Application of industry: pipe material, plastic materials, plastic granulating machine, color master batch, plastic modification, reclaimed materials, recovering and processing reclaimed materials, large injection molding, mixing of food, rice, beans and so on.
